When I called McAdams Plumbing, I was definitely in the market for a new plumber. I spoke with Rick, who told me that they serviced the Boulder area, where my rental property was located. I was impressed that he did exactly what he said they were going to do: He told me that he was on his way to another job but gave me a time frame in which he could get there, and he showed up in that time frame.
He was neat and clean, and did not leave a mess. I did not hear any complaints from my tenant. The quality of work was excellent. In the property management business, it can be a hassle if a contractor shows up late or doesn’t call to let you know that they will be late. McAdams Plumbing did everything they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it in. I was very pleased with the punctuality and follow-through.
