Rick McAdams came over for a consult on a Saturday morning, diagnosed the cause of the water coming through a doorframe in the downstairs bathroom – a loose overflow drain connection in the upstairs master tub. He fixed the problem, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, all for NO CHARGE!
