So today I wanted to take a break from our normal informative blogs to visit this subject: The Denver Broncos are the AFC Champions and headed to the Super Bowl!
This is a huge moment, not just for football fans, but for Denver and the state of Colorado. Going to a Super Bowl is a rare feat and an exciting treat. Our beautiful state of Colorado will benefit from the heightened attention on the city, increased revenue for Denver based products, and increased tourism from folks outside of Colorado. It also means travel opportunities for people heading from Colorado to the Super Bowl. So if you are one of those lucky folks headed to New York, put your money in the local economy. Hire a local travel agent and line up car services from local vendors rather than national chains.
Let’s hope our boys in orange and blue can do us the great favor of bringing a parade to the streets of Denver as well. How great would that be for the residents and businesses here in Colorado? Answer: Very great.
So all you fans our there band together and root your heart out for our Denver Broncos and welcome in new fans with open arms. Colorado could use some positive national press and this is a great way to get it.
