We recently bought a home that had a couple plumbing issues. Rick did a great job installing an updated drain pipe for a high efficiency washing machine as well as proper gas line shutoffs on our furnace and water heater. The end results look great and we’ll definitely be calling McAdams plumbing when we need help in the future.

2015 Excellence in Customer Service Award!

McAdams Plumbing, Inc. are honored recipients of their 4th consecutive Talk of the Town Excellence in Customer Service Award for 2015!

While it is a reflection of our past achievements, it’s also a reminder of the bar we’ve set for ourselves going forward. Thank You and Happy New Year!

Looks like 2014 is coming to a close this week.

It’s been a wonderful year and we have been blessed to meet so many Colorado residents we didn’t know before, as well as see old friends who help remind us how important you all are to our family.

So on behalf of McAdams Plumbing, Inc., I would just like to say a heart felt thank you and Happy New Year to all of those who have supported us, not only in 2014, but since we opened our doors almost 6 years ago.

We have received such outstanding encouragement since our establishment from our customers, friends, neighbors, and our community. We know Broomfield supports small business better than any other city in Colorado and as a small business we are very grateful.

All of us at McAdams Plumbing hope to see many, many more years of building friendships and professional relationships with our Colorado community and we promise to keep working everyday to provide better customer service, quality craftsmanship, and the highest possible value for your money.

NOW HIRING: Part-Time Office Assistant

McAdams Plumbing is excited to be hiring a part-time office assistant to join our family.

We want you if you have great customer service skills, are energetic, hard working, well organized, and willing to learn.

You must be familiar with Apple hardware and software, have a comprehension of intermediate mathematics, and have excellent grammar.

You will be expected to answer phones, schedule calls, reply to both customers and industry representatives via email and telephone in a friendly and professional manner. Other duties will include dispatching service men, submitting city permit applications, monitoring supply levels and ordering stock, and miscellaneous administrative work.

You must have a clean DMV, be able to pass drug and background checks, and must be bondable.

Hours will be Monday and Wednesday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Pay dependent on experience.

Winner of a Denver/Boulder BBB Gold Star 2013

McAdams Plumbing is very excited to announce that we have won our first BBB award.

This week we received news that the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau awarded McAdams Plumbing with a 2013 Gold Star certificate.

This certificate is given to BBB accredited businesses who have been in business for at least 3 years and who had no complaints over a 3 year period. This certificate covers the period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013.

This certificate is an honor to achieve. In the service industry it is difficult to maintain consistent customer satisfaction but at McAdams Plumbing we strive for that goal every day. This star only confirms that we are on the right course to maintain our mission and our quality.

We thank everyone who helped us achieve this star. All achievements are accomplished by a group and McAdams Plumbing’s group of customers, employees, partners, and affiliates are absolutely indispensable to our success. So thank you all, and remember, the Proof is in the Plumbing!

What Makes Us Different? Integrity

Culminating our 3 week look at what makes McAdams Plumbing different from other plumbing companies, today we talk about integrity.

Now, seriously, I know what you are thinking. Everyone says their company has integrity, so how does that make MP different? The answer is truly in our actions. As a locally run family company we see our customers all the time. They know us, they know our family, and they know our friends. As a company, we must make sure that every interaction we have with a customer is a great one. If for some reason it’s not, we’ll do everything in our power to fix it. We want to make you feel like family. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do! More than that, we are likely going to see you again in the neighborhood, at church, or at the grocery store, and when we do, we want to be greeted with a smile rather than avoidance. The only way to earn that is to prove our integrity to our customers and our community everyday.

When I served in the USAF, the creed was “Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do.” At McAdams Plumbing, we have adopted the principles of that creed into our own business model. We define integrity as “doing the right thing, even when no one is looking,” and that is exactly what we strive for. Our personnel are always honest and trustworthy. All plumbers are fully licensed, ensured, and bonded for you and your home’s safety. We price our work in house, as a board, so that you know you are getting a fair price for the quality work of a Master Plumber. We do not answer to any investors who push bottom line earnings first and fair treatment of the customer later. We don’t have any corporate reference books or “rewards plans” to try and convince you you’ll be getting a deal for overpriced work. No, rather we build everything we do around the customer experience in order to make sure you are safe and happy with your purchase. Why? Again, because it’s simply the right thing to do.

What Makes Us Different? Customer Service

Over the next 3 weeks McAdams Plumbing is going to discuss what makes our company different; this week is Customer Service.

With literally hundreds of plumbing companies in the greater Denver area, there has to be a good reason for a customer to choose one company over the others. The first way McAdams Plumbing sets itself apart from the competition is with our customer service.

We really do care about our customers, and we want them happy all the time. While no one is excited about having to pay for plumbing repairs, we try to at least make it easy on you by understanding your unique situation and empathizing with you. We’ll take the time to talk with you on the phone, offer you prices if we can, even look at pictures or video of the problem to help diagnose. We are flexible and will work to show you why you can trust us.

Now, this isn’t to say we are perfect. We aren’t. We’re human. We make mistakes too. But when mistakes are made we work tirelessly to get the situation resolved in a satisfactory manner. So as a current or future customer, if you are ever dissatisfied, please call us right away. We want to resolve the issue and make it right for you and your family.

McAdams Plumbing is a part of Colorado and we aren’t planning on going anywhere. We have a deep rooted client base and they are our lifeblood.
